Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity to join Nest as a Team Assistant. You'll be directly supporting the senior team of the Data, Analytics and Customer Insight (DACI) department. You may also provide some administrative support to other Directors in the Services and Solutions Directorate. It's a great role for someone with experience of supporting senior-level stakeholders, who can effectively manage demands with professionalism, and who enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team. This role will have a high degree of flexibility offering 15 hours a week, ideally over 4 days.
To be successful in this position you must have the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Strong experience of providing administrative support in a demanding professional environment
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new IT systems quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail & ability to work independently and make informed decisions / apply judgement
- Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders & Time management/ organisation skills
- Demonstrates absolute discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
- An interest in any or all the following: pensions and financial wellbeing; data and analytics; and understanding customers.
