Summary

An established, multi-faceted Insurance Group are seeking to hire a Group Head of FP&A to lead a Commercial Finance function to report to the Group CFO and become an integral part of a Finance Leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the production of monthly Management Reporting (Executive Board Pack and Investor Reporting).
- Design and develop Financial Models.
- Oversee the annual Budget cycle, quarterly Forecasting and prepare a five-year Business Plan.
- Business Partnering with the Divisional Units across its UK operations - Retail/Wholesale Broking and MGA as well members of the Executive Committee with a concentration on Performance.
- Present information to the company's Investment Partners.
- Enhance the KPI framework as part of the month-end process to facilitate greater Financial Analysis, Commentary and Data Management.
- P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Forecasting with a focus on EBITDA generation.
- Coordinate the integration of newly-acquired entities.
- Assist in various Finance Transformation projects including Data Visualisation and a new Planning System.
- Build an investment appraisal framework to allow for improved cost-benefit analysis for future projects and decision-making.

Candidate Specification
- Qualified Accountant
- Proven leadership of an FP&A function in the Insurance sector (preferably London Market experience).
- Experience within a PE or VC-backed environment.
- Strong expertise across FP&A, Financial Modelling and Management Reporting.
- Exposure to Finance Transformation and Change projects.
