Summary

Duty Manager at the Cove Bay Hotel, Management: 3 years (required)

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our Team. Offering full time hours, 5 days per week including weekends. 2 years experience in Hospitality Management is required for all applicants.

Duties include:

Customer care within our Bar & Restaurant, taking food and drinks orders
Management of the Bar & Waiting Team
Checking in/out of Hotel Guests (training will be given on our system)
Key Holder duties, opening and closing of the hotel
Cash handling, taking payments and end of day cash takings
Free staff parking and meals available.
