Summary
Looking for an enthusiastic hardworking individual who can support our team by assisting with a range of general administrative duties in a busy office.
Duties of Role include:
- Managing phone calls, taking enquires and recording details.
- Updating CLICK system to manage customer relations.
- Collating customer chemical orders and processing on portal.
- Organising pool testing equipment and preparing schedules.
- Assisting with Health & Safety ensuring procedures are up to
date. - Administrative duties as required.
