Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of blended learning and development programmes across the organisation.
* Conduct robust learning need sanalyses to ensure interventions are relevant and impactful.
* Champion lifelong learningand promote creative, contemporary development opportunities.
* Collaborate with internalstakeholders and subject matter experts to co-create high-quality learningsolutions.
* Evaluate learning initiativesto ensure effectiveness and return on investment.
* Optimise the use of thelearning management system to enhance the learner experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience indesigning, delivering, and evaluating L&D programmes for diverse audiences.
* Strong facilitation anddiagnostic skills, with a deep understanding of modern L&D practices.
* Experience in managementdevelopment is highly desirable.
