Salary: £35,100 - £39,780 per year (£15.00 - £17.00 per hour, DOE)
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (45 hours/week)
About the Role
Long-established manufacturer and installer of building envelope solutions, currently seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker - CNC Press Brake Specialist to join their busy Sheet Metal department.
This is a hands-on, workshop-based role ideal for someone with solid experience in CNC Press Brake operation and sheet metal fabrication. You'll be working on a variety of bespoke and production components, contributing to high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision sheet metal components

Interpret technical and engineering drawings accurately

Conduct quality checks and make adjustments as needed

Operate additional machinery including Punch Press, Guillotine, and Piercing machines

Use hand tools for finishing and assembly tasks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Complete job-related paperwork and follow health & safety protocols
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in setting and operating CNC Press Brake machines

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job

Experience with other sheet metal machinery is a plus
