Summary

Blue CSCS Groundworker - Norwich

Location: Norwich
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day
Pay Rate: £16.19 per hour
Overtime:

  • 1.33 × hourly rate for hours worked over 10 per day
  • 1.5 × hourly rate on weekends

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker with strong drainage experience for a busy project in Norwich. This is a long-day role, offering steady work and good overtime opportunities.

Duties include:

  • Installing and laying drainage systems to a high standard
  • Carrying out general groundworks as required on site
  • Working to site plans and instructions from the foreman
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid Blue CSCS card (Skilled Worker)
  • Proven drainage experience
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
