Summary

Gateman - Long-Term Project (Stanwell)

McGinley Support Services is seeking an experienced Gateman to join our team on a long-term project in Stanwell, starting 15th September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused Gateman to secure stable work with excellent pay rates and conditions.

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE a valid CSCS Card

  • MUST HAVE a Full UK Driving Licence

  • MUST PROVIDE a full CV

  • MUST HAVE a Blue CPCS Card - A73

  • Able to provide 5 years of references

  • Proven experience working as a Gateman on construction projects

Pay Rates:

  • Days: £16.81 p/h PAYE Direct

  • Nights: £21.02 p/h PAYE Direct

  • Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours weekly

Role Overview:

As a Gateman, you will be responsible for controlling site access, directing traffic, ensuring security procedures are followed, and maintaining a safe environment for workers and visitors. You'll be a key member of the site team, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
