Are you a driven leader with experience in social care? Thera South West is looking for a Support Manager to lead dedicated teams delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities.


You’ll play a key role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.


What You'll Do -Support Manager – Learning Disabilities


Lead, coach, and develop support teams across multiple sites

Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance

Build trusted relationships with families, professionals & local authorities


What You’ll Need -Support Manager – Learning Disabilities


  • Level 4 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Experience in supported living or similar care settings
  • Strong leadership, communication & digital skills
  • Full driving licence + own vehicle
