Summary
Please see attached Job Description for full list of responsibilities The post holder will be an experienced healthcare professional who also has excellent staff management skills. They will support the Head of Healthcare Feltham A to manage and develop the Healthcare team to achieve a targeted and appropriate service, delivered in accordance with evidence-based practice and local policies and procedures. The post holder will have direct line management responsibilities for senior staff. The post holder will proactively lead healthcare teams to further develop services and clinical pathways; e.g nurse led minor ailment clinics, sexual health clinics and immunisation programmes. In addition, the post holder will have a key role in implementing the YOI wide health promotion strategy and Positive Health Programme The post holder will work closely with the Head of Healthcare to develop and implement an effective healthcare Strategy for YOI Feltham A. There will be occasions when the post holder will be expected to deputise for the Head of Healthcare in his/her absence.
