Summary
Working within a multidisciplinary team in child development centre assessment and follow up care for children with neurodevelopmental disorders and comorbidities. Delivering Paediatric clinics in local special schools within Hillingdon. EHCP assessment clinics and looked after children clinics. Covering for Child protection medical assessments (excluding sexual abuse) 9:00 5:00 service. Accurate and timely documentation of clinic consultations and care plan. To work to the agreed job plan and provide safe effective service and achieve departmental KPIs. Act as an autonomous, registered practitioner who is legally and professionally accountable for own unsupervised actions guided by the professional code of conduct and Trust guidelines and protocols.
