Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Nurses with experience in Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease. You will work in a highly skilled busy CNS team caring for a diverse group of patients.
You will work providing expert clinical nursing care to patients within a busy and dynamic service. The role is muti-faceted and includes responsibilities in providing access to patients via a helpline, supporting in-patient care and assistance in the patient pathways of invasive diagnostic, interventional and surgical procedures.
In return, we will support you to develop your skills, knowledge
and experience with formal and on-the-job training. This includes access to Specialist Level 7 modules and the potential to develop advanced examination and assessment skills.
The post holder will provide high quality specialist nursing care to adult patients with congenital heart disease as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
