Community Strategy & Engagement
Lead corporate strategy, community planning, engagement, and communications—ensuring services are shaped by insight and impact.

People Management
Champion a modern, inclusive workplace. Oversee HR operations, pay and reward, employee relations, and wellbeing.

Organisational Development & Change
Drive cultural transformation, talent development, workforce planning, and change management.
