Winner Recruitment are hiring HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client in Crawley.

We’re looking for experienced or aspiring Class 2 drivers who want stability, great equipment, and opportunities to grow.

Pay & Benefits:

• £16.51/hour

  
  

• Overtime after 10 hours on weekdays at 1.25x

  
  

• Saturday overtime at 1.50x

• Ongoing training to keep you compliant or help you progress to the next level

  
  

  Responsibilities:

  • Deliver palletised freight across the South East and general haulage

    
    

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships

    
    

  • Ensure compliance with driving hours and working time directives

    
    

  • Present a professional image at all times

    
    

  • Complete accurate paperwork and distribute correctly

    
    

  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain safety standards

    
    

  • Safely load and unload goods, securing loads properly

    
    

  • Support and lead other drivers when needed

    
    

  • Adhere to company health & safety policies

    
    

  • Be flexible to work extra hours during peak periods

    
    

    Working Hours:

    • Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays (1 in every 6–8 weeks)

      
      

    • Varied start times and routes each week

      
      

      ✅ Requirements:

      • Valid Class 2 licence

        
        

      • Digital tachograph card

        
        

      • CPC qualification card

        
        

      • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and drivers’ hours

        
        

      • Team player with good communication skills
