The Head of Programme, Quays Culture role offers a unique opportunity to work with significant autonomy in managing an exciting programme of large-scale outdoor events at the heart of Salford.
You will provide strategic leadership for the Quays Culture programme, ensuring the highest level of artistic ambition is achieved, enthralling and wowing visitors, partners and stakeholders through two flagship events; Lightwaves 2025 and We Invented the Weekend 2026.
On a day-to-day basis, with the management of a small team you will contribute to the sustainability and viability of the Quays Culture programme, including financial management, funding streams, operational planning & delivery and team morale, motivation & management.
