Hours per week:
3 hours weekday mornings, 2-3 hours weekday evenings, 5 - 10 hours weekends Lots of different hours available. We are looking for a team of people to cover these hours - please apply if you are interested with your availability.

Hourly pay rate:
£14.70 - £15.00 per hour (PAYE)

We are looking for a team of compassionate, proactive, and reliable Support Workers/Housekeepers to support a friendly and independent woman in her 30s living with hEDS, ME, and Autism. This is a varied role that combines personal care, housekeeping, and community support. You’ll be working both in her home and out in the community, helping to maintain a comfortable and engaging daily life.

Key Responsibilities-

Weekday morning shifts (5 days/week – 3 hours each):
- Cleaning, tidying, and general housekeeping
- Assistance with personal care, dressing, and hygiene
- Preparing breakfast
- Walking and feeding a small dog (Frenchie/Pug mix)

Weekday afternoon/evening shifts (4-5 days/week – 2-3 hours each, ad hoc):
- Food preparation
- Support for outings and appointments
- Help accessing community activities and services

Weekend shifts (4-5 hours/day ad hoc):
- Adhoc cleaning
- Food preparation
- Support for outings
- Driving to Brighton / surrounding areas to see friends
- Walking and feeding dog

Additional Tasks May Include:
- Driving to appointments and activities
- Support with makeup and hair when needed
- Assisting with wheelchair use (pushing/lifting)
- Emotional and practical support for health-related needs
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and clutter-free home environment

The Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of housekeeping experience
- Warm, friendly, and confident personality
- Empathetic, respectful of boundaries, and a great communicator
- Enjoys being sociable and spending time outdoors
- Comfortable around animals and smokers (client is a smoker)
- Proactive and organised – someone who takes initiative and adapts well

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence, no recent accidents
- English fluency
- GCSE or equivalent(preferred)
- Must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality
- Must love dogs!
