The Role
We are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants who are ready to join us from 1st September and become part of something truly special.This is a 12-week temporary role with a clear path to permanent employment for the right candidates.
You will:
- Support learners one-to-one and in small groups
- Help deliver tailored learning plans
- Encourage communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families
- Create a safe, inspiring space where every child can thrive
What You Will Need
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification
- Relevant SEN experience within the last 2 years (must be referenceable)
- A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach
- Commitment to inclusion and empowerment
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
