Summary
ROLE #1 — LIVE‑STREAM SALES HOST
Platforms: Whatnot & Tilt | Channels: Lynchc, LynchWholesale
Vacancies: 1 full‑time hire
Focus: Vintage Menswear (single pieces)
Hours
Operating window 09:00 – 01:00 UK, Monday‑Sunday
Two shift patterns: Morning (≈09:00‑17:00) or Evening (≈17:00‑01:00)
Up to 5 shifts per week, scheduled by management to match demand (expect a mix of mornings & evenings).
Key Responsibilities
Host energetic, fast‑paced live streams that convert viewers into buyers.
Showcase each garment’s era, fabric, flaws, fit, and styling ideas clearly.
Meet or exceed daily sales targets, upselling complementary pieces on the fly.
Prepare racks, manage lighting/audio.
Must‑Have Profile
Outrageously loud, camera‑confident personality.
Proven sales background (retail, telesales, face‑to‑face, etc.)- desired.
Sharp eye for detail and the ability to work quickly.
Comfortable using live‑stream tech (phone, ring light, overlays, pinned listings).
Pay & Perks
UK National Minimum Wage plus uncapped performance bonuses.

ROLE #2 — WHOLESALE BUNDLE HOST
Platform: TikTok Live | Channel: LynchWholesale (launching)

Vacancies: 1 full‑time hire
Focus: Vintage Menswear Bundles for resellers
Hours
Same operating window and shift patterns as Role #1.
Up to 5 management‑assigned shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities
Present curated bundles (e.g., 25‑piece denim lots) to reseller audiences.
Break down grading, cost‑per‑piece, and potential resale value in clear, persuasive language.
Use TikTok Live features—polls, countdowns, pinned links—to create urgency and engagement.
Coordinate with the warehouse on bundle assembly and bulk‑shipping documentation.
Must‑Have Profile
All the charisma and sales drive of Role #1 plus fluency in reseller metrics (ROI, margins, comps).
Familiarity with TikTok Live tools and current algorithm trends.
Strong numerical confidence for rapid bundle pricing and profit explanations.
Experience in B2B or bulk/wholesale sales is a definite advantage.
