We're looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Fabricator to join our friendly, well-equipped workshop in Kidderminster. If you've got a keen eye for detail, take pride in clean, precise work, and want to work on varied bespoke and large-scale fabrication projects, this could be the role for you.

The Role
You'll interpret technical drawings, fabricate components, and perform high-quality MIG and TIG welds across a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and Zintec. Working independently, you'll ensure every project meets high standards for strength, accuracy, and finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files
* Perform precise MIG and TIG welds on various materials
* Assemble components using jigs, fixtures, and hand tools
* Inspect your own welds for accuracy and quality
* Maintain a tidy, safe work area in line with Health & Safety procedures
* Contribute to continuous improvement and meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' fabrication/welding experience
* Skilled in both MIG and TIG welding
* Comfortable working with complex fabrications and varied material types
* Strong ability to read technical drawings
* Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Desirable Skills (Not essential)
* Welding certifications or vocational training
* Knowledge of ISO standards or lean manufacturing principles
* Forklift or crane licence (training available)
