Summary
Youth Work Development Manager
Location: Walthamstow or Hayes (with hybrid working available)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, plus occasional evenings and weekends)

Our Client is seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Work Development Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our services for young people aged 11-25, with a strong focus on supporting those who face disadvantage.
In this pivotal role, you will:

Oversee and develop all youth services, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.

Lead a dedicated team of Youth Programmes Officers and volunteers, providing strong leadership, coaching, and support.

Manage budgets and performance records, ensuring sustainability and seeking new funding opportunities.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection, and health and safety requirements.

Drive the development of innovative services to meet evolving needs in the community.
About you:
You will bring:

A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Youth Work (or related studies).

At least 2 years' experience managing youth services across multiple sites with a budget over £100,000.

Proven ability to lead teams, build partnerships, and deliver impactful projects.

A commitment to safeguarding and empowering young people.

Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, and travel across our sites.
