Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery efficiently, ensuring output aligns with production schedules and performance targets.
Produce envelope products according to detailed work instructions and technical drawings, maintaining adherence to all design specifications.
Support routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep envelope machinery in good working order and minimise downtime.
What will the ideal candidate need:
Strong interest in engineering and Machining
Reliability and commitment to learn the full depth of the role
To be able to learn quickly and accurately to meet targets and deadlines
Ability to think for themselves and have problem solving capability’s
The willingness to learn a niche trade and become qualified
