Job – Spray Painter
ESS Employment Ltd are seeking a highly skilled Spray Painter. We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer with experience of wet paint, grinding and deburring.
Responsibilities
• Preparation and spraying of high-quality aluminium products
• Wet Spraying
• Quality checking and control
• Work to required standards with minimum supervision
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience, spraying all types of paints
• Ability to spray high volume components to a consistently high-quality standard
• Knowledge of all types of substrates and their preparation prior to painting.
• Understanding of spray equipment, from stripping and cleaning spray guns to spray-booth maintenance.
• Able to independently set up and adjust spray gun settings as per works instructions, and competently spray specific jobs unsupervised.
• Very good attention to detail,
• Ability to meet deadlines and respond positively to pressure.
Own transport is required to location.
