Summary
Together We Can Do is Fylde based charity which enable disabled adults to take part in sport and social activities on a regular basis. The charity has a small team of employees and volunteers which support over 150 team individuals to take part in the 7 sports sessions offered each week at three locations across the Fylde.
The charity is looking to expand its operations and is seeking an individual who is capable of managing its existing activities and developing the activity programme. The key responsibilities are
1. Preparation & delivery of the charity’s Development Plan
2. Management of the charity's current operations ensuring that its activities are safe and enjoyed by all the participants
3. Lead in the recruitment and management of staff and volunteers.
4. Management of the charity’s finances and fundraising activities
5. Working with health and social care organisations to promote the benefits of regular exercise within the local community
