Summary

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Jubilee Library team based in Brighton.



Location: Jubilee Library, Brighton

Hours: 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri, 08:00 to 17:00



What will you be responsible for?As a Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the Jubilee Library team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across the site.

Your day to day will include:

-Ensuring effective delivery of Hard and Soft FM services in line with contract requirements

-Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across the site

-Leading and liaising with contractors and suppliers to resolve operational issues

-Overseeing health, safety, environmental, and hygiene compliance

-Managing budgets and supporting procurement processes



What are we looking for?This role of Facilities Manager is great for you if:

-You have proven operational FM experience in both Hard and Soft services

-You have PFI experience and are confident managing pre-planned maintenance

-You hold a Health and Safety qualification (e.g., CITB SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH)
