Job Role: 2432
Salary: £34,000- £42,000 per annum
Start Date: 1st September 2025

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role involves managing all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media, in-store promotions, and building local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
* Manage and create engaging content for our social media channels.
* Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns and events.
* Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community groups.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in marketing, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector. You should be a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Denton community.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
