Domiciliary Care Deputy Manager Job Opportunity
Diamond Health Care Solutions Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Care Deputy Manager in Carlisle.
The successful candidate will be expected to support the Registered Manager in ensuring the effective delivery of care services. The qualified candidate will provide support in the following areas:
-Assist with day-to-day operations, including support to other branches as needed.
-Support the care manager in interviewing and selecting new professional carers, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
-Assist with scheduling care visits.
-Attend client reviews and update care plans as required.
-Participate in new client meetings, complete initial assessments, and develop care plans.
-Maintain all client records in the care App and create corresponding office files.
-Coaching and supervising staff and promoting a high level of satisfaction.
-As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with health professionals, agencies and the Local Authorities to secure care packages, provide effective and holistic care, making sure that their care is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.
-You will also have the opportunity to receive further professional and management training.
A minimum of two years' relevant experience in domiciliary care services is required. The candidate must hold appropriate qualifications, have the capabilities to expand the business, using evidence-based practitioner skills and knowledge.
