A rapidly scaling SaaS company is seeking a Head of Finance to shape financial strategy, strengthen operations, and ensure compliance as they expand across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Your new role
- Own statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
- Ensure IFRS compliance and audit readiness
- Lead AP, AR, payroll, and tax operations
- Optimise systems and controls for scale
What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ)
- 8+ years post-qualifying experience
- Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
- Proven ability to lead finance ops and engage senior stakeholders
