Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK organisation for an Administrator.

This Administrator position is temporary contract working Wednesdays from the office near Shaftesbury and the remaining 4 days from home with £14 per hour on offer.

Role duties


- Facilitate the onboarding of new starters ensuring all documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate regularly with new starters, building trust and engagement through a friendly, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Verify documents, qualifications, and references, following safer recruitment principles and escalating any concerns promptly.
- Proactively chase outstanding items to meet internal deadlines and KPIs.
- Keep onboarding records and trackers accurate, handling all information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to email and telephone queries professionally, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and a joined-up approach to onboarding.
- Follow and uphold onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
