Summary

We are delighted to advertise the positions of Care Support Worker within our Community Support team, based at our Supported Living scheme for younger adults in Hampton-In-Arden (B92 0BD).

No Experience? No Problem

No formal care experience is necessary, but is preferred. We are more interested in your caring qualities than your career background. If you are reliable, we will coach and support you to succeed.

Pay & Benefits

£12.21 per hour (weekdays)
12.5% premium per hour for weekends and bank holidays
£0.45 per mile travel reimbursement + paid travel time
Automatic enrolment into the People Pension scheme (Trust: 3%, Tax: 1%, Employee: 4%)
Annual leave: 22 days + 8 bank holidays (pro rata), rising to 25 days after 3 years
Life assurance: 2x contracted salary

Requirements

A DBS check that does not highlight issues preventing you from working with vulnerable adults (we’ll cover the cost)
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Business insurance to transport service users
Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
Willingness to work flexibly and attend training
Compassion for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
