Summary

We are delighted to advertise the positions of Care Support Worker within our Community Support team, based at our Bentley Heath site (B93 8PE) supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities and mental health conditions. This role involves working with individuals across a broader age range, promoting dignity, independence, and purpose

No formal care experience is necessary, but is preferred. We are more interested in your caring qualities than your career background. If you are reliable, we will coach and support you to succeed.

Pay & Benefits

£12.21 per hour (weekdays)
12.5% premium per hour for weekends and bank holidays
£0.45 per mile travel reimbursement + paid travel time
Automatic enrolment into the People Pension scheme (Trust: 3%, Tax: 1%, Employee: 4%)
Annual leave: 22 days + 8 bank holidays (pro rata), rising to 25 days after 3 years
Life assurance: 2x contracted salary

Requirements

A DBS check that does not highlight issues preventing you from working with vulnerable adults (we'll cover the costs)
A full driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Business insurance that allows you to transport clients
Right to Work in the UK (sadly, we are unable to offer sponsorship)
Compassion for adults with learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health problems
Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
