Are you highly organised, quick on your feet, and ready to keep the wheels turning in a busy repairs team?
We’re are representing a highly reputable Repairs Contractor who are recruiting for a Reactive Repairs Administrator to join a friendly, fast-paced department, making sure repairs are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Logging reactive repairs requests and allocating them to the right engineers or contractors.
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicating with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to keep everyone in the loop.
- Updating records and ensuring all admin tasks are accurate and compliant.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an admin or scheduling role (housing, maintenance, or repairs experience is a bonus).
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm and prioritise in a busy environment.
