Summary
The Account Manager must have some form of Direct Mail knowledge and background; you will need to understand Data formats, Paper sizes, Printing Methods, Postage and products etc
About the Account Manager position:
• Processing customer orders from your allocated accounts
• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Grow relationships with existing clients
• Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
• Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention

• 3+ years of print Client Services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organised mindset
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
• Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies
• Collaborative team player
