Summary
Experienced Residential Property Lettings/ Management Agent required to take charge of our Birkdale residential lettings and property management office.
Applicants must be experienced self starters capable of taking charge of our lettings and management business.
Ideal opportunity for someone to take the lead role..Must be able to seek out new business and service it once obtained.
Flexible hours to suit domestic/ personal commitments.
Basic and performance related remuneration package. Four weeks paid annual holidays/ pro rata. Four weeks sick pay after qualification period. Paid healthcare benefits insurance.
