Summary

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Streetscene operations across several operational locations.
You will demonstrate your ability to plan, allocate and organise work to provide agreed service / standards and to manage a range of competing service and operational priorities. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team and have experience of managing staff and work allocation.
You will have substantial experience at senior management level gained in Recycling and operational Management . You will be to demonstrate excellent communication / influencing / IT skills as well as good negotiating, analytical and numeracy skills on complex issues. Knowledge of budgetary control and applying KPI’s is essential.
A current Driving Licence and Health & Safety training are also essential. AN HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable.
