The role: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and outdoor facilities. This is an on-site role requiring a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of activities and inventory.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
Clean and maintain exterior areas using jet washing equipment.
Set up and maintain target systems for training purposes.
What the client is looking for:
Proven experience in maintenance and repair.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Technical proficiency with maintenance tools.
Ideally, a valid driving licence.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a similar environment.
