Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily fire protection, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
- Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
- Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
- Using your knowledge of fire protection within care homes, schools, libraries and social housing.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily fire, planned works, maintenance and repairs
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at work
- UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Ideally a FIRAS accreditation
