Summary
Development Manager Role
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Full Time, Fully site based
Permanent basis
You will report directly to a Director and will look after the following;
- Shape the initial project vision and setting objectives.
- Conduct and oversee feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Help to structure funding and financing for the project.
- Establish early milestones and timelines for the project.
- Manage development applications, zoning compliance, and other statutory approvals.
- Lead and coordinate teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation.
- Ensure high-quality construction standards and adherence to specifications.
