CoverStaff is the new platform which allows flexibility in where and when you work, whilst also allowing schools to manage bookings directly rather than the traditional agency model. Working with CoverStaff also provides opportunity for higher pay and control over your schedule!
Key Responsibilities:Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Ensure that students remain on task with the work set by the regular teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
Respond to questions from students about the task at hand.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths
Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in schools, tutoring, coaching).
