Summary
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a knack for organisation and communication? My client is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team, This is your chance to play a key role in supporting the organisation's sales and logistics operations while delivering top-tier service to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders, liaising with distributors and warehouse teams
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to email queries professionally
- Maintain and update logistics documentation and Goods In Transit records
- Coordinate with freight company regarding deliveries
- Communicate with service agents for installations and warranty replacements
- Support weekly inventory checks and resolve stock discrepancies
- Assist in preparing the Daily Sales Report
- Perform general administrative duties as required
