Summary

FLT Driver – Loading Bay Operations
Location: Chesterfield
Pay: From £14.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday + overtime available)

We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our busy loading bay team. If you’re safety-conscious, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to be part of a well-established engineering and manufacturing company.

  What You’ll Do

  • Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks to load/unload vehicles and move goods

    
    

  • Handle sheet plate, components, and other materials safely

    
    

  • Support warehouse and production operations when needed

    
    

  • Check loads for accuracy and quality

    
    

  • Maintain safe working practices at all times

    
    What We’re Looking For

    • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)

      
      

    • Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

      
      

    • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting

      
      

    • Flexibility to work overtime when required

      
      

    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
