Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the right battery products.
Explain the features, benefits, and applications of lead-acid batteries.
Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
Maintain the store’s cleanliness and product display.
Process orders, manage inventory, and restock shelves as needed.
Provide after-sales support and answer customer inquiries.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s growth.
Requirements:
Previous retail sales experience (preferred but we can also start training from fresh hand).
Basic knowledge of automotive, industrial, or home battery applications is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills for sales transactions and inventory checks.
Ability to lift and carry heavy battery products.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
