The Investment Programmes Management Unit at Falkirk Council works with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver on Investment Programmes that aim to support economic growth in the Falkirk and Grangemouth area. Currently our headline programmes are the Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal, The Forth Green Freeport and the Falkirk TIF. As these programmes enter delivery stages, we are looking for another person to join our team in the post of Project Officer (Benefits Realisation).

The successful candidate will work alongside Principal Economic Development Officers to develop and deliver the Investment Programmes Benefits Realisation Framework and workplan.

The post holder will be given the opportunity to contribute to their area of responsibility and will be expected to advise, counsel, negotiate and persuade others.

The work requires organisational skills particularly in relation to own workload and with reference to claims and reporting deadlines.

The post is temporary until August 2027 due to service requirement.

The post is hybrid and is based at Falkirk Community Stadium.

The closing date for the post is the 31st of August.

Interviews will take place on the 16th and 18th of September at Falkirk Community Stadium.
