Summary
Provide a commitment to the highest quality of patient care at all times. To provide a professional standard of communication to all medical, nursing, technical, clerical and ancillary staff Perform clinical duties in Imaging, Bone density, Administration of therapeutic isotopes, In-vitro and quantitative studies as delegated by the Superintendent Radiographer, Deputy Superintendent or clinical co-ordinator. Assist in the running and organisation of the Nuclear Medicine workload. Carry out Nuclear Medicine procedures to the highest standard, adhering to Departmental protocols and paying particular attention to patient identification. Be proficient in the use of the departmental equipment and to make sure that quality control protocols are always observed. To report any equipment malfunctions or damage as soon as it occurs.
