Summary
Training Information: Training for this role is on a full-time basis and lasts between 6 and 8 weeks. The classroom element of the training is Monday to Friday for 2 weeks, with mentorship taking place working shifts with experienced staff taking live calls. Candidates must ensure that they are able to commit to this training IN FULL, as no annual leave can be taken whilst in training. Training courses are currently planned throughout 2025 at venues across the North West. Specific dates will be discussed with successful candidates once any offer of employment is made. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a simulated telephone assessment which will take place over Teams W/C 01 September 2025. Successful candidates from the first stage will then be invited to a F2F interview during W/C 08 September 2025.
