Your new role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across year groups that suit your teaching style and experience
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress
- Ensure continuity of learning through planning, teaching and assessment
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain consistency during teacher absences
- Handle classroom behaviour with confidence and encourage respectful interactions
- Adapt to different school cultures and teaching frameworks
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong classroom management and a proactive, flexible approach
- Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
- Confidence in navigating varied teaching environments and expectations
- Prior experience in primary education settings
