Fire & Building Safety Surveyor needed in Barking
The rate is £30.48ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will oversee fire risk assessment works for properties managed. Their expertise will contribute to maintaining a detailed database of properties and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Conduct detailed fire and building safety surveys for managed properties.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety compliance and the physical condition of existing and potential properties.
- Investigate building defects with a focus on fire safety and propose effective resolutions
- Prepare reports and deliver technical advice and training for non-technical staff
- Manage designated fire risk assessment tasks and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with fire authorities to address deficiencies and ensure compliance with legislative standards
- Maintain high standards of customer care and communication with stakeholders.
