Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to support a night shift operation. If you thrive in a challenging, hands-on role and are committed to producing high-quality work, this temporary position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Follow detailed instructions to meet production targets
- Work effectively within a team to maximise operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organised work-space
Work Schedule:
- Night Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a factory or similar environment is preferred
- Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively in a team
Availability: All applicants must be available starting 1st September and be willing to commit to 3 to 4 weeks of work, Monday to Thursday.
