Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator
• Supporting our customers that have complex housing needs.
• There is lots for you to do and get involved in each day.
• You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers working in accommodation-based services and supporting with working towards independent living.
• Rest assured that wherever you will be working, we will support you all the way!

You bring
• Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
• You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services or locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
• You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive can-do attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!
• You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
Our team
You’ll join our wider services in Gloucestershire and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our ABS service across Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud working with Rea and Richard our managers. Our team works with complex individual in need of housing support and are super passionate about what we do!
Job details
• Flexible working hours
• We’re looking for you to work across Gloucestershire which include our services in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud.
• Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.
• To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
