ABOUT THE POST

London Metropolitan University is recruiting an Agent Relationships and Support Manager to join the International Development Team. The post holder will work as part of Student Recruitment and Business Development, supporting the University's international recruitment strategy. This post will provide support to allow successful implementation of sector-leading recruitment strategies and practices; and contributing to the development; implementation and evaluation of a range of activities to support achievement of recruitment targets.

The post holder will manage the agent network and support the delivery of international student recruitment and conversion initiatives as well as undertaking administrative aspects such as inbox monitoring, travel and event booking, financial reporting and invoicing, enquirer signposting, agent contractual management and agent commission processing.
