Summary
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (SHIFT)
Salary: £45,199.31 to £47,238.57 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week, 2 Days (7am - 7pm) and 2 Nights (7pm - 7am) , 4 days off
Location: Cheltenham
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to Achieving and maintaining clearance requirements.
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting an Electrical engineer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Cheltenham.
We are looking for a friendly, driven individual to carry out electrical installation, inspection and testing as well as responding to necessary incidents to minimise business disruption and operation downtime. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance as defined within the CAFM.
Responsibilities:
Undertake all work to a high standard whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders
Respond to defects, faults and client requests. Work with others to identify root causes of breakdowns and faults
Maintain and update records relating to statutory inspections
Take a proactive support role in the delivery of a safe, clean and healthy working environment for all staff
Monitor, operate and utilise the mobile PDA device to support service delivery
Carry out other tasks as and when required by management
Essential:
NVQ or C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition wiring regulations.
At least five years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar environment
Comfortable with technology and common computer applications
The ability to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance
Authorised Person for Low and High Voltage Systems
